Sharing account and/or E-wallet for the purpose of abusing Finxon Global affiliate program is forbidden, unless it was previously agreed upon with the company. In light of such sharing violation, we reserve the right to terminate member/s commission and limit the account involved as deemed necessary.

You agree to hold Finxon Global safe from any loss and/or liability to your principal (original loan funds), therefore do not transfer money to our company that you cannot afford to lose as you are spending it at your own risk.

You agree that Finxon Global past performance does not reflect, nor guarantee future positive outcome.

D. You agree that all discussed information and/or replies coming from Finxon Global site by any means of communication, are of private nature and protected by copyright from any disclosure.

Any attempt to collect, buy and/or sell, accept and/or ask for funds or information in behalf of Finxon Global is strictly forbidden, only official representatives of the company are allowed to act on behalf of the company bound by to the rules stated in Finxon Global.

Finxon Global will not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss made to any person or group by our member/s and/or visitors. Therefore, both member/s and visitor/s of Finxon Global site take full responsibility for their methods of promotion and must fully comply with the written rules of this page.

The information, correspondence by email, telegram, phone or and/or any materials that Finxon Global site contains are for educational and informational purposes only and are not to be regarded as a solicitation for joining Finxon Global’s program in any way shape or form.

Therefore, Finxon Global’s administration reserve the rights to suspend and/or close the operation of the web site or certain sections thereof.

You fully acknowledge that when a loan is placed via Finxon Global platform by the member, his/her funds (even if made from account balance) goes directly to the global company's segregated account. If an unfortunate event occurs where company fails to distribute any earnings and/or pay withdrawals for any member from that account as suggested on Finxon Global for various reason which includes but not limited to: payment gateway failure, DDoS attack, Bitcoin price crash, company's datacenter failure, and network crash, etc., which results in a loss of part or all of member's funds previously or currently transferred to the company and/or balance with Finxon Global, then the company will hold no responsibility over such loss.

In the aforementioned events, Finxon Global administration may at their sole discretion, with or without prior notice, suspend and/or close active member/s and/or non-active members/s account/s at a value considered reasonable per company's agreement at such critical time, and no claims may be entertained against the company in connection thereto.

The company is neither responsible or liable for any consequential damage, loss, and costs resulting from any violation of our terms and conditions of service, and/or use of Finxon Global’s site or/and services. As Finxon Global visitor or member you agree to not use this site service and/or content in any illegal way, and you guarantee to respect your local, state, national and international laws.

G. Finxon Global SPAM Policy:

We will not tolerate and SPAM, and/or any type of UBE/UCE in connection to this site.

You agree to not use our company name and/or Finxon Global domain name in any connection / relation to send spam, solicited emails, and/or any other way there is.

You agree to not post false, negative, discouraging and/or misleading votes, on social media, forums, blogs and/or any rating sites without contacting Finxon Global support team at first. A member is obliged to always try resolving any kind of issues and/or difficulties with our support team first!

If you have violated the aforementioned SPAM policies you will lose the rights of using our service and all of your account privileges and/or funds may be revoked or frozen (partially or fully) for a period of time deemed logically necessary by our company's administration and at their sole discretion.

H. Violation of any term and/or condition mentioned here may get you permanently removed from this site/program and you may lose your rights to use Finxon Global site/services in the future and all of your account or/and funds will be revoked or/and frozen.

I. We reserve the right to change the commission/s, loan plan rates, terms and/or conditions mentioned for Finxon Global program at any given time at our sole discretion in concern to the integrity and security of our member's interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the most updated version of our terms & conditions of service listed in here, to which you are bound. J. We reserve the right to decline anyone's request for membership without explanations and/or warnings.

L. Finxon Global Refund Policy:

All refund requests are honored and investigated if made in a timely fashion and no more than 24 hours after the member's funding transaction was completed ("loan/s" were placed).
