Chief Executive Officer

Since the official launch, he has been in charge of the company which today has approximately 300 employees worldwide.
He is also involved in originating investment opportunities in the North West and South West of the UK. A business management graduate of Northwestern University.
Chief Executive Officer of Finxon since 2020, he has since expanded the company internationally with our own people on-site in Luxembourg, UK, and Ireland, the Netherlands, the Nordic countries.
Mr. Lancelot E. Robbins has worked in the private equity industry as a principal and management team advisor for over 3 years at Finxon, HSBC Private Equity, and Pi Capital.

Brock Daniel L.

Chief Financial Officer

Chief financial officer of Finxon. He is responsible for overall risk management, financial planning and reporting, financial control, SEC compliance, taxation, and investor relations for Finxon.
He joined Finxon in 2020 having previously held positions with F&C Asset Management and Geoghegan & Co Chartered Accountants.
He graduated from the University of St Andrews in 1990 with a degree in Economics and Management and is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Vaino Levi

Portfolio Manager

He joined Finxon in 2020, he is part of the investment team, and involved in deal origination, deal execution, and portfolio management. He particularly focusses on originating investment activities in the South West and the South East.
Prior to joining Finxon, Vaino worked as a corporate finance advisor specializing in advising private equity investors and banks deploy capital into SMEs at Kingston Smith Corporate Finance. He previously worked at Terra Firm, a Capital Partners and Crowe.
Vaino leads our ESG strategy and is responsible for implementing this within our portfolio companies and wider business.
Vaino is a chartered accountant and graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Geography.
